1.About the service
Reblys is provided by Reblys Tender Management, Lyngbyvej 83, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark ("we", "us"). Reblys monitors public tenders published in the EU, translates and summarizes them, and matches them to the products you tell us you sell.
Reblys is a service for businesses. By using it you confirm that you act on behalf of a company or other professional organisation.
2.Plans
- Free: weekly digest for one product category.
- Pro, €149 per month: daily alerts across all EU countries, fit scores, summaries and deadline tracking.
- Team, €349 per month: everything in Pro plus award and price history, competitor tracking and bid/no-bid memos.
We may improve or change features over time. We will not materially reduce the core features of a paid plan during a paid period.
3.Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT where applicable. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
4.Term and cancellation
Paid plans run month to month with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
You can unsubscribe from the free digest at any time using the link in every email.
We may suspend or end access if invoices remain unpaid after a reminder, or if the service is misused.
5.Acceptable use
- Summaries, scores and memos are for use within your own organisation.
- Do not resell, publish or redistribute them, or share login access outside your organisation.
- Do not scrape, copy at scale or attempt to disrupt the service.
6.Tender information and AI
Tender data comes from public procurement notices published in the EU. AI reads and translates every tender, and a human reviews what we send. Even so, translations, summaries and fit scores can contain errors or omissions.
Always check the official notice and procurement documents before deciding to bid or submitting a bid. Reblys does not provide legal advice, and we cannot guarantee that every relevant tender is captured or that any bid will succeed.
7.Intellectual property
We own the Reblys service, software and the summaries, scores and memos we produce. While your subscription is active, you have a non-exclusive right to use them within your organisation. Tender notices themselves remain public information published by the EU and the contracting authorities.
8.Liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, lost contracts or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.
9.Data protection
Our Privacy Policy and GDPR & Data page describe how we handle personal data. A data processing agreement is available on request.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will give customers at least 30 days' notice by email of material changes. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance.
