Every tender that fits your products, the day it is published.
Pro reads every new EU public tender each working day and sends you only the ones that match what you sell, where you sell it and the contract sizes you go for. It also warns you when a buyer plans to award a contract without a tender, while there is still time to act.

STED super-resolution microscope with FLIM
Università di Milano intends to buy directly from one supplier, citing exclusive rights. The notice does not say why another system could not do the job.
new notices on TED, in 24 languages. Pro reads all of them.
lab-instrument buyers announced a contract without a tender in the last 60 days.
competitively tendered lab-instrument lots get a single bid. A second bidder has real odds.
Less reading, earlier warnings, better odds
Your sales team should spend its time on the tenders it can win, not on finding them.
Same day, not next week
Alerts arrive on the morning TED publishes a tender, so you have the full 30 to 35 days to prepare a bid.
Only what fits
Filtered by your products and keywords, the countries you serve and the contract values you go for. Nothing else.
A fit score and a summary
What the buyer wants, the lots, the deadline and the value, in plain English, with a score for how well it matches you.
Direct-award warnings
When a buyer plans to sign with one supplier without a tender, you hear about it inside the 10-day window, while you can still speak up.
Competition at a glance
How often similar lots in that country got a single bid, so you know where one more bidder has the best odds.
A person behind it
AI reads every tender in 24 languages; a human sets up your profile and checks what we send. Reply to any alert to tune it.
The contracts that skip the tender
Before a buyer awards a contract without competition, EU rules let it publish a notice and then wait at least ten days before signing. Most suppliers never see these notices. Pro sends them to you the day they appear.
In Germany a third of lab-instrument contracts are awarded this way, in the Netherlands almost half. Two in three of the notices claim that only one supplier can deliver.
Voluntary ex-ante transparency notices for lab and precision instruments (CPV 38) on TED, August to October 2026. Germany 35, Netherlands 20, Denmark 16, Finland 13. Not legal advice: whether and how to challenge an award is your call.

Where do the tenders come from?
From TED, the EU's official journal for public procurement, which covers every member state plus Norway, Iceland and Switzerland for tenders above the EU thresholds. We read it every working day.
What about smaller tenders on national portals?
Tenders below the EU thresholds are published on national portals. Today Pro covers TED; national portals are on our roadmap, and your answer to “which countries matter to you” decides the order.
Is this AI?
Yes. AI reads, translates and summarises every tender. A person sets up your profile, checks what we send and answers your replies.
Do I need to share tender documents?
No. Alerts use the public notices. On the Team plan you can forward the documents of a tender you care about and get a bid / no-bid memo on it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Pro is billed monthly with no lock-in.
